StandWithUs Campus » Emerson Fellowship Application
Thank you for your interest in the StandWithUs Emerson Fellowship!
Founded in 2007 with a generous grant from Los Angeles Philanthropists Rita and Steve Emerson, the StandWithUs Emerson Fellowship is a prestigious one-year program that recruits, trains, educates, and inspires pro-Israel college student leaders on campuses throughout North America. They form a network of trained pro-Israel student leaders, chosen from over 70 campuses, who inspire their peers and collaborate with other student groups to run effective educational events about Israel. They also counter divestment campaigns and anti-Israel rhetoric. Among their program responsibilities, StandWithUs Emerson Fellows hold leadership positions on their campuses including pro-Israel student groups. They also run four to six programs throughout the year, write articles for local and campus media outlets, and attend August and November training conferences in Los Angeles, CA. Upon completion of the program, fellows have an opportunity to continue their leadership engagement with StandWithUs by applying for one of our StandWithUs Campus Liaison positions where they will help mentor and train student leaders in their regions.
