StandWithUs is a non-profit organisation dedicated to educating people of all ages and faiths about Israel and to counter the misinformation that is promoted on campuses, in communities, and on the internet. StandWithUs educates Students and communities around the world through conferences, workshops, training seminars, missions, printed resources, internet materials and social media.
StandWithUs UK is seeking to recruit a Campus Coordinator whose main responsibility will consist of:
Assisting in the management and running of the UK Emerson Fellowship programme (www.ukemersonfellowship.co.uk) and the mentoring of student leaders under the supervision of the Manager for Student Affairs and the Associate Director.
Assisting the development of educational content for the UK Emerson Fellowship programme.
Delivering a variety of educational workshops and seminars to a diverse audience on subjects including but not limited to Israel, Zionism, Antizionism and antisemitism.
Assisting in the development and implementation of Campus initiatives.
Creating and implementing strategies to combat anti-Semitism and anti-Israel activities on university campuses.
Building and maintaining relationships with key partner organisations and institutions at a University and community level.
Any successful candidate will be expected to:
Travel regularly throughout the UK and represent StandWithUs UK internationally when necessary.
Be willing to work flexibly outside normal working hours, including evenings and some weekends
Be adaptable in working on different tasks, responsive to the needs of the office in accordance with our annual activities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a flexible and pro-active mindset and the ability to develop strong relationships quickly will be essential for success in this role.

Qualities of suitable applicants:
A recent Graduate or a registered University student currently looking for work as part of a year in industry.
Proven leadership experience in supporting and facilitating student events and activities in a University setting.
Experienced of / can demonstrate a good knowledge of working in a membership-led or volunteer organisation.
Commitment to advancing the goals of StandWithUs UK in accordance with the organisations’ core aims.
Passionate about Israel education, combatting antisemitism and working with diverse audiences in a pluralistic setting.
Desirable candidates will be able to demonstrate:
Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Experience working as part of a team
Confidence in the use of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Good knowledge of Israel, the Middle East and related issues.
A positive attitude and approach.
A team player and yet can work independently when required
Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated
Excellent communication and people skills
