The StandWithUs project manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget as applicable. Project managers plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed. The project manager will work on a variety of projects including events, design, technology, digital and print production, and more.
Bachelor's degree required, as well as several years of experience in the relevant line of work with increasing responsibility. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and has exceptional communication skills.
StandWithUs is a global organization supporting Israel and fighting antisemitism. The project manager will be involved in key initiatives spanning multiple departments and offices all over the world.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
Plan, assign, track and coordinate resources in an effective and efficient manner
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications for Project Manager
Minimum of 3-5 years of project management and related experience
Proven ability to solve problems
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Team player with great communications skills
familiarity with web-based project management software, Microsoft Word and Excel
