StandWithUs is seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our central social media team as a TikTok Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and original content to drive growth, engagement, and sentiment on our TikTok account while also showcasing the extraordinary work of StandWithUs and telling the story of Israel and the Jewish people.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently post content 8-10 times per week on the StandWithUs TikTok account TikTok, managing output, engagement, growth, and sentiment.

• Experiment with new ideas and concepts, and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.

• Produce and edit a minimum of 3 pieces of content daily, ensuring high quality and originality.

• Develop content strategies to increase engagement and following while adding value to our product.

• Create cross-platform content that resonates with our audience.

• Stay updated on TikTok and social media trends, leveraging them effectively in content creation.

• Analyze the social media landscape to provide actionable insights to the social and marketing teams in real-time.

Requirements:

• Passion for TikTok content creation, either personally or professionally.

• Deep understanding of TikTok and other short-form content platforms.

• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English and Hebrew.

• Proficiency in TikTok and social media algorithms.

• Demonstrated track record of producing engaging short-form content on TikTok.

• Knowledge of TikTok trends and content types.

• Ability to promptly respond to comments on videos.

• Experience with video editing software such as Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, or similar tools.
