Antisemitism and anti-Israel misinformation is a complex phenomenon that challenges the most informed students. StandWithUs UK recognise the increasing need to equip students at school, college and university with the diplomatic tools to identify, understand and combat rising Jew & Israel hatred. StandWithUs UK are the leading organisation preparing Jewish and non-Jewish students for the antisemitism and anti-Israel misinformation they are likely to encounter at university or the wider working world.

Through four online modules we will arm young people with the facts to help them tackle the multifaceted, anti-Israel and antisemitic discourse that pervades UK campuses. StandWithUs trains students to understand the history, identify the problem, appreciate the challenges and feel empowered to tackle the issues. By finding their inner strength and diplomacy skills, they will work to influence hearts and minds through conversations with peers and adversaries alike.

There is no difference whatever between antisemitism and the denial of Israel’s statehood. Classical antisemitism denies the equal right of Jews as citizens within society. Anti-Zionism denies the equal rights of the Jewish people its lawful sovereignty within the community of nations. The common principle in the two cases is discrimination.”

– Abba Eban

Abba Eban,1915 –2002. Arguably Israel’s greatest diplomat & politician, served as Foreign Affairs Minister, Education Minister, and Deputy Prime Minister of Israel. He was the second Ambassador to the United States and the first Permanent Representative of Israel to the United Nations. He was also Vice President of the United Nations General Assembly and President of the Weizmann Institute of Science.
