Dear Governor Hochul, Attorney General James, US Attorney Williams, District Attorney Bragg,

The AJMA, representing thousands of Jewish healthcare professionals and trainees across the country, and StandWithUs, an international, non-partisan education organization that supports Israel and fights antisemitism, together demand that the District Attorney’s office prosecute to the fullest extent of the law the suspects who terrorized Jewish passengers on the NYC Subway System on June 10, 2024.

We understand that one suspect who allegedly participated in this terror campaign has been identified as a lab technician at the Weill Cornell Medicine Rhee Lab.

The AJMA and Stand With Us are becoming more and more concerned as we see increased antisemitism across the country, with many suspects not being prosecuted or held accountable by authorities. This must end now. The AJMA and StandWithUs call on authorities to arrest and prosecute these suspects. We also call on the New York State Attorney General, Governor of the State of New York, and the US Justice

Department to appoint an antisemitism special prosecutor to specialize in and target these hate crimes.

We thank you for your time and attention and hope to hear about next steps. We believe this is truly a matter of safety for patients, students, and medical professionals.
