Honorees
Dan and Jaime Feder
Dan Feder was born in Copenhagen and immigrated to the US with his family in 1979. As a grandson of Holocaust survivors from Poland and Denmark. Growing up in Orange County Dan faced anti-semitism in school from teachers, students and coaches. He attended Betar camp throughout his teenage years and has been a staunch supporter of Jews and Israel his enitre life. Dan has been involved with numerous organizations such as AIPAC, FIDF, and JINSA
Jaime Feder is a proud “Jew by choice” who dove into the world of giving back when she left her job as Director of Operations for Jerome’s Furniture in 2010 to start a family. While she enjoys being home and raising 4 kids, she also loves to get involved in the community through several non-profits. Her strong operations background brings a pragmatic perspective to boards and committees. She currently sits on the boards of San Diego Jewish Academy, Cal Coast Academy, Stand With Us and FIDF.
Dan and Jaime feel very strongly about supporting Israel, fighting antisemitism and educating the community (and their children) on both giving back and standing up for what is right. They feel that now more than ever it is important to instill in their children a strong sense of unapologetic Zionism, pride in their religion and heritage, and courage to speak up in this volatile world. #neveragainisnow
