StandWithUs Calls for Accountability for SJP at Columbia and Beyond

(New York, NY -- October 4th, 2018) -- StandWithUs is deeply concerned about reports that Columbia University is neglecting to prevent harassment of Jewish students by Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP). We urge everyone concerned about free speech, academic freedom, and fighting anti-Semitism at Columbia and beyond to join our national campaign against SJP.

Click here to sign the petition calling on the US Department of Education to condemn SJP's hate and ensure that universities hold SJP groups accountable for any violations of student rights. "The SJP chapter at Columbia has been repeatedly exposed for supporting terrorism and using anti-Semitic rhetoric," said Rena Nasar, Tri-State Campus Director at StandWithUs. "It is high time to hold them accountable for promoting hateful campaigns and bullying students who have different views about Israel than they do."
